We are seeking a detail-oriented **Senior Technical Program Manager** to join the Service Excellence team, collaborating with Service Engineers, OPG leadership, E+D drivers, and Finance to advance strategic initiatives in COGS management, capacity planning, VMS, and cost optimization. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional partners, including engineering, finance, and operations to drive high-impact projects from inception to execution and ensure alignment with business priorities across the organization.
To do well in this job, you need to understand how large service operations work and be able to look closely at details, solve problems, and make sense of complicated situations. You should be good at planning, staying organized, and working well with people from different teams. It’s also important to communicate clearly, especially when talking with senior leaders. The candidate should be able to explain business goals, look at and understand large amounts of data, and use data skills to help make good decisions.

Responsibilities
+ Take ownership of planning and execution of product strategies aligned with FY26 COGS management goals. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
+ Drive project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Prepare executive summaries, status updates, and presentations. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
+ Define specification for COGS and Revenue monitoring system, work in close collaboration with Engineering to help design, implement, test and validate the system.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 4+ years working as a program manager with engineering teams and proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.
+ Experience with data mining tools and large scale cloud services.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Experience in cost optimization or finance-related projects.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Sufficient technical expertise to drive effective decision-making process.
+ Ability to connect the dots and define the solutions that are scalable for OPG services.
+ Excellent cross-group collaboration and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver product milestones.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
