We are seeking  **Laboratory Operation Associate**  to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at **Valencia, CA.**

Shift:** **Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and integrity during specimen accessioning and processing. You’ll support troubleshooting and quality initiatives while guiding junior staff and maintaining operational workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

+ Accession, identify, sort, and label clinical specimens for testing and storage

+ Troubleshoot processing issues and escalate concerns to senior staff

+ Maintain freezer inventory and monitor supply levels

+ Assist onboarding efforts and guide junior personnel in lab procedures

+ Respond to after-hours job-critical functions and alarms

+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company SOPs

+ Receive compounds and control materials as assigned

+ Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and document findings

What We Are Looking For:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

+ 6+ months of related laboratory experience

+ Basic familiarity with sample accessioning systems and inventory tracking

+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures

+ Proficiency in basic computer systems and workflow tracking

+ Understanding of CAP/CLIA lab guidelines and regulatory documentation

+ Ability to identify errors and support continuous improvement

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
