    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Hab/Group Home

     

    Clarksburg, MA

     

    Contract Position | Multiple Shifts Available

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a well-regarded facility in Clarksburg, MA, currently seeking part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience.

    Position Overview

    As an LPN in the Day Habilitation/Group Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing essential medical care, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for their health and well-being.

     

    Schedule Options

    We have two openings with rotating bi-weekly schedules:

    Opening 1 (Evening Shift | 3 PM – 11 PM):

    + Week 1: Sunday, Thursday

    + Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday

    Opening 2 (Overnight Shift | 11 PM – 7 AM):

    + Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

    + Week 2: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

     

    Start Date: Approximately two weeks from offer acceptance.

    Pay Rate: $47/hrKey Responsibilities

    + Deliver medical care and support to individuals in a Day Hab setting

    + Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare providers

    + Advocate for the medical needs of individuals served

    + Collaborate with the House Manager and care team

    Qualifications

    + Active LPN license in Massachusetts

    + Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred

    + Ability to pass all required background checks

    + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
