    Salary: $2880 / Week

     

    Nurse Practitioner Geriatrics position open in Owensboro, KY.

     

    PACE health clinic and day center for seniors. Proudly caring for the residents of Daviess, Henderson, Hancock, McLean, and Ohio Counties in Kentucky.

    Position:

    Start ASAP

     

    Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

     

    2-8 participants per day

    Requirements:

    Can be FNP or AGNP or ACAGNP

     

    Board-certified through ANCC or AANP

     

    DEA and CDS required

     

    ACLS and BLS required (if you do not have one, we can help you obtain one)

     

    Kentucky license

    Minimum 3 years of NP experience required

    1 year of experience working with frail or elderly population preferred
