Job Summary
The Project Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Director of Northern California and works with the engineering teams to serve as an active participant in project-related work activities. This is a hybrid position based out of our Sacramento, CA office with occasional travel to our San Ramon, CA office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Provides support to managers and project team members to identify and resolve concerns.
+ Assist Director with managing and coordinating office calendars, scheduling meetings and maintaining monthly expense reports.
+ Assists with the implementation of engineering only projects.
+ Handle travel arrangements and maintain travel profiles for the Transmission departments.
+ Update project data, adequately deliver information to various departments and perform any other project related task requested. i.e., copying, binding, and shipping project packages.
+ Plan and coordinate department meetings and schedule monthly training lunches.
+ Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing, preparing for new hires and any interdepartmental office moves, etc.
+ Maintain common office areas, ordering office supplies/equipment, building needs, and organizing employee workspaces.
+ Support new hire orientation days in the Sacramento office
+ Plans events
+ Manages office inventory
