Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role involves comprehensive equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency and workplace safety standards.

**Pay** : $19/hour

**Type** : Contract to hire

**Location** : Salt Lake City, UT

**Hours** : M-F 8-5

Key Responsibilities

+ Execute preventive and corrective maintenance procedures on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues using systematic troubleshooting methodologies.

+ Perform general facility maintenance tasks including workspace organization, waste management, and cosmetic repairs.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements

+ 2-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

+ Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to safety protocols and procedures.

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
