Responsibilities

+ Provide a production schedule designed to maximize output considering plant labor and changeover crewing

+ Coordinate the availability of raw materials to meet production schedules.

+ Execute short to medium-term production plans, ensuring optimization for maximum output and high service levels.

+ Ensure demand and capacity assumptions are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the S&OP forecast.

+ Lead production reviews with plant management and production leads to align on resource productivity expectations while driving production output improvements.

+ Monitor and manage the utilization of molds and machines based on current and future demand.

+ Support SCM in the monthly demand and capacity review process with Plant leadership and Operations teams.

+ Work with all departments to identify best methods for performance improvements

+ Manage budgeted inventory levels within provided space requirements.

+ Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and department health requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in material planning and/or inventory management preferred

+ Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills

+ Strong organization/time management skills

+ Proficient in JDE or comparable ERP system

+ Proficient in Microsoft Windows

+ Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Ability to set, manage, and meet deadlines
