    Job Description Summary

    Start Date: September 29, 2025

     

    This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. After the training period, in office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN.

     

    Training: During the 16-week training period, associates will be expected to be in-office Monday-Thursday, and training from home on Fridays. Training hours will be from 8am-5pm.

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional to join our team. This role involves researching and resolving a variety of issues by navigating multiple systems, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining strong communication with branches and Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts on our managed, fee-based account platform and addressing moderate to complex client and operational issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this position requires clear and effective interaction across multiple stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.

    + Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary. Initiate contact internally and externally to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information on behalf of a senior colleague.

    + Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.

    + Carry out a range of client service activities, including handling client cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
