    ManTech (Fort Belvoir, VA)


    **MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Software Developer** to join our team in **Fort Belvoir, VA.** This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Fort Belvoir, VA office with occasional travel to the Pentagon. Please note that work arrangements are subject to change based on government mandates and may transition to full-time in-office at the Pentagon.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Designing, engineering, analyzing, and developing software systems and software delivery processes, including Development and Operations (DevOps) pipelines.

    + Modeling and analyzing the software development and deployment processes and assisting projects in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques.

    + Engaging with Government leaders in defining the context, problem space, and vision to determine capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, transformation plans, and next steps.

    + Developing Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.

    + Functioning in a senior role with managerial experience, directing all aspects of IT application development.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline plus (nine) 9 years of experience.

    + DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within six (6) months of commencing work on the Task Order.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.

    + Experience in an Agile development environment.

    + Five (5) years of position-specific relevant experience.

    + Relevant industry standard certifications (WS, Azure, GCP DevOps Engineer/Solutions Architect/Developer).

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must be a US Citizen with a current/active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

    + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

    + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
