    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC), a Treasury division is Johnson & Johnson’s captive leasing company providing guidance to all affiliates in support of leasing and credit decisions to affiliate customers requiring innovative solutions to facilitate capital equipment purchases.

     

    The Senior Finance Analyst will work within a collaborative global team to ensure that all financial transactions and flows, Fixed Asset & Lease accounting, and forecasting are accurate and compliant in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. It is essential that this individual can forge strong networks/partnerships and build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of Business Partners.

     

    There are 3 LEs transactional companies within JJFC providing finance for the purchase and leasing of medical and other equipment and company cars. Additionally, there is a holding company for J&J Group affiliates primarily within Europe. This role is primarily focused on the US entity.

    Main Responsibilities

    + Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate monthly close activities and financial forecasts across P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, including analysis, and reporting for the MRC and communicating insights and results to Management, supporting Global team. Lead global JJFC results consolidations.

    + Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key business partners to be seen as a key point of contact for areas of responsibility.

    + Lead, or actively participate, in global JJFC standardization and optimization initiatives and projects, including Signifi.

    + Leasing Sub-ledger SME and understanding how the leasing software will impact the Signifi journey.

    + Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve ‘adequate’ internal and external audit ratings. Proactively contribute to ensuring and improving a strong internal control environment e.g. owning controls and SOPs, identifying risks and proposing potential solutions.

    + Provide support for ad hoc projects, including the Corporate Aviation Leasing Strategy and Odessa Upgrades

    + Support the NA Fleet Operational Lease Transformation and Implementation by assisting with internal lease standup in GS and CoStar

    + Provide ad-hoc Reporting & Analytics

    + Support EMEA entities, including Medical Leasing initiatives

    + Proactively take ownership for personal and team development, ensuring a positive work/life balance.

    Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

    + Qualified with professional Accountancy body (e.g. CMA, CPA) with post qualified experience.

    + Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to influence people at all levels.

    + Highly motivated and proactive.

    + Experience of SAP, CFIN & Microsoft Office required and automation technology skills preferred (eg PowerBI)

    + Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team, taking the lead as appropriate.

    + Methodical approach with strong planning and prioritisation skills, as well as attention to detail. Agility to manage several priorities, working to strict timelines.

    + Challenge status quo and a continuous improvement attitude

    + Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional & regional environment across all layers of the business.

    + Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for J&J Credo values.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $77,000- $124,200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
