The Opportunity:

Join a prestigious, high-performing wealth management firm as a **Client Operations Associate** , where service excellence and attention to detail are central to the client experience. In this role, you will act as a critical point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients, custodians, and internal advisor teams—delivering concierge-level service while navigating complex operations, documentation, and compliance workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary liaison with clients for all operational requests, including account openings, money movement, and document handling.

+ Execute and verify internal journals, external wires, and fund transfers, strictly adhering to protocols and authorization standards.

+ Draft and manage subscription documents for private fund investments, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

+ Resolve escalated service issues in partnership with advisor teams and external custodians.

+ Support client onboarding with precision, urgency, and white-glove service.

+ Maintain accurate records to ensure audit-readiness and compliance with internal and external policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

+ Proven experience delivering high-touch service in private wealth, investment operations, or a similarly demanding environment.

+ Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center.

+ Strong process orientation and meticulous attention to detail.

+ High emotional intelligence and discretion, with the ability to work directly with UHNW clients.

+ Demonstrated integrity and ownership of risk management responsibilities.
