Your Key Responsibilities

Join our team as a Quality Management Leader, where you will shape the future of our quality systems and drive initiatives that ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a strategic thinker and proactive leader to oversee and continuously improve our quality processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Implement, maintain, and verify the quality management system and processes, developing strategies and initiatives to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

+ Establish and manage the quality management structure and networks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and overseeing quality budget planning and control.

+ Design, implement, and refine the quality management systems, including guidelines, processes, strategies, objectives, and organizational structure.

+ Serve as the primary point of technical contact, offering guidance on quality systems, processes, audits, methodologies, tools, initiatives, and customer-related quality matters.

+ Drive the sharing of lessons learned and foster standardization while ensuring the availability of technical and methodological expertise. Provide tools, methods, and training to support continuous improvement and knowledge dissemination.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline

+ Minimum of 3 years job experience in similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
