Parking Lot Maintenance Worker

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** You will be responsible for power washing and parking lot striping at CN sites. This position is classified as a Grounds position and includes grounds keeping tasks. By separating these roles, we will clarify the roles and expectations of the position. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.
$17.55 (Hourly) Idabel Facilities Region | Full Time | **Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Hours May Vary Based On Business Needs.)**
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Primary Tasks:
1. Operate equipment including commercial power washer, striping machine, parking lot grinder, forklifts for cleaning and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
2. Operate pressure washer safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces.
3. Maintain established schedule.
4. Clean up rubble and debris from area being washed.
5. Operate striping machine to paint curbs, lines, and stencils.
6. Layout of parking lots and stencils.
7. Clean striping machine and other painting tools after each use.
8. Caulk expansion joints.
9. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles for purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED. Valid State issued Driver's License
* Mechanically inclined and prior experience with various technical and mechanical requirements of the job
* Basic knowledge of chemical interactions, danger signs, production techniques and disposal methods
* Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic repair, and maintenance
* General knowledge of cleaning/maintenance requirements in the hospitality/casino industry
* Ability to follow safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations
* One (1) year of experience parking lot painting, layout, power washing etc.
