What We Offer
+ **Flexible Scheduling**
+ **Limited Casual Nurses** : Commit to just 30 shifts per calendar year—choose from 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts to meet your needs.
+ **Regular Casual Nurses** : Work 36 hours across 3 pay periods, with one holiday shift per year. This role includes access to a dedicated **career ladder** with opportunities for rate adjustments and professional growth.

**Experience Requirement:** Minimum **1 year of RN experience** required for all roles.

Compensation & Role Details
Salary is based on the casual role and title hired into. See breakdown below:
+ **Professional Staff Nurse (BSN or Non-BSN), Limited Casual** – $35.02/hour
+ Requirements: 30 shifts per calendar year
+ **Professional Staff Nurse (BSN or Non-BSN), Casual** – $37.48/hour
+ Requirements: 36 hours in 3 pay periods, 1 holiday per year
+ Experience: 1 year RN experience
+ **Senior Professional Staff Nurse (BSN or Non-BSN), Casual** – $38.68/hour
+ Requirements: 36 hours in 3 pay periods, 1 holiday per year
+ Experience: 2 years RN experience + 1 contribution or certification
+ **Senior Professional Staff Nurse II (BSN or Non-BSN), Casual** – $40.53/hour
+ Requirements: 36 hours in 3 pay periods, 1 holiday per year
+ Experience: 3 years RN experience + 1 certification and 1 contribution
Key Qualifications
+ Ability to build and maintain positive, caring relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
+ Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment with changing priorities
+ Proficiency in using specialized equipment and applying the nursing process
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
+ Registered Nurse (RN) License
+ Act 34 Clearance
Licensure Note:
Current licensure must be held in the state where the facility is located. If the facility is in a state covered by the **Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC)** , a multistate license from a participating NLC state is acceptable. Nurses who move to the facility’s state must apply for local licensure within 60 days of residency change.
