    This position is responsible for facilitating activities that maximize the fundraising and engagement efforts of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) and Corporate Giving programs. Provide complex program, stewardship and administrative support to CMNH and Corporate Giving teams to maximize fundraising results and philanthropic engagement for Seattle Children's. Assist in the development and implementation of CMNH and Corporate Giving activity while collaborating across multi functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Provide project management support for individual team members' relationship-building endeavors with donors, trustees, executives, and community volunteer leaders. Independently manage certain CMNH and Corporate Giving projects using operating plans, timelines, and status reports to manage the progress of assignments; act as main liaison with accounts payable; manage department budget (tracking and invoice processing).

     

    Required Education and Experience

     

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency.

    Five (5) years of program coordination support, including a minimum of two (2) years managing and successfully completing multiple projects through completion.

    Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

    Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple key stakeholders.

    Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports.

    Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including: familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to email, schedule and communicate with internal and external constituents in customer service oriented role.

    Minimum one (1) year of experience in event and volunteer coordination.

    At least three (3) years of experience using Blackbaud CRM or other similar fundraising database or financial software.

    At least one year of financial reporting/reconciliation and budgeting experience.

    Required Credentials

    Current Washington State driver's license.

     

    Preferred

     

    Experience working in a not-for-profit organization or community relations division of similar size and scope.

    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

    Experience in task management solutions such as Smartsheet.

    Experience with graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

    Experience working with data management, preferably a customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Blackbaud CRM or Raisers Edge.

    Experience working with volunteers.

    Experience in coordinating and/or supporting special events.

     

    Compensation Range

     

    $71,578.00 - $107,366.00 per year

     

    Salary Information

     

    This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
