Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join our team at Boston Hub Food Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring a smooth, well-stocked, and guest-ready environment across all beverage service areas. What will you do?

+ Assist with team member scheduling, ordering, receiving, and drink menu development to support efficient and creative beverage operations

+ Support inventory and financial reporting tasks, including end-of-month counts and reconciliation

+ Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards

+ Help train and coach team members, participate in counseling sessions, and assist with staffing level management based on business needs

+ Monitor service areas, address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure the venue is properly stocked and team appearance standards are met

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting

+ Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred

+ Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory

+ Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays

+ Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mailrequired
