    ABOUT YOU

    As a Budget Analyst, you thrive on digging into data to find meaning, spotting patterns and variances others might miss, and translating your insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You’re meticulous, organized, and driven by accuracy, with a natural ability to navigate financial systems and tools like Hyperion. You value collaboration and communicate financial information with clarity, helping departments make informed decisions. With curiosity, accountability, and a proactive mindset, you bring structure, insight, and impact to everything you do.

    What you will do:

    + Lead Support the development of annual and five-year operating budgets by reviewing department submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals.

    + Prepare and analyze monthly budget reports, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions while maintaining strong communication with department leaders.

    + Collect, track, and propose key operational metrics, ensuring accurate input into the Hyperion database and supporting data-driven decision-making.

    + Review and approve contracts and travel requests for compliance, financial impact, and policy alignment, offering improvements as needed.

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

    + 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

    + Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.

    + Strong analytical and communication skills with knowledge of finance, accounting, or budgeting.
