    Job Description

    Senior Data Analyst The Senior Data Analyst will perform complex analyses and generate insights to help make and inform important decisions across our organization. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to identify new metrics, build out reporting, and perform data analyses that leverages internal - external data to drive decision making. Successful incumbents have strong functional and technical skills, can learn on the fly, are effective problem solvers, are organized, inform as needed, are action-oriented, display strong written communication skills, are customer focused and strive for self-development. Position Responsibilities Translate business questions into hypotheses that can be answered with experiments, tests, the application of statistical methods, and/or data analysis. Identify areas where improvements in the underlying data is required for analytics and/or the operation of the business. Dive deep into the data to perform complex analyses on historical and real-time data, creating actionable insights and recommendations. Present written analyses and data insights to senior business partners across the organization. Create robust and easy-to-understand data visualizations to quickly show senior business leaders key problem areas, new opportunities, and emerging trends. Set up automated and scalable backend structure to support reporting and dashboarding needs.

    Position Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering

    + 3 Years in Data analytics, business analytics, economics, business or finance

    + 3 years SQL or equivalent query languages

    + 3 years Python or R Studio

    + 3 years Dashboarding and data storytelling; proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering

    + Online certifications in Python, R Studio or other coding languages

    + Salesforce
