Description

A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. A Senior PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility.

Required Qualifications:

+ 2 years experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role.

+ 1 year Patient Care Coordinator type role within Providence or 2 years external administrative medical office type role.

+ Complete ministry required education and champion/development areas.
