RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer with SIGINT experience to support one of our customers in Fort Meade, MD. this position can be hired at a level 2 or level 3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong SIGINT collection background and a holistic understanding of the end-to-end SIGINT production chain. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following:

+ SIGINT leadership roles (civilian and military preferred)

+ SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting

+ The applicable standard government tools and databases necessary to perform SIGINT work

+ Supporting unified and sub-unified commands (e.g., SOCOM, INDOPACOM)

+ Cyber and traditional mission technologies (e.g. DNR, DNI)

+ End User requirements management and satisfaction

+ Preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.

+ Writing and editing technical documentation for all of the project's hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to documentation.

+ Creating code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.

+ Managing system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) - Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc

+ Contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents

+ Assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components

+ Coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination

+ Participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations

+ Developing system design solution that satisfies the system requirements and fulfills the functional analysis

REQUIREMENTS

+ Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph

+ A level 2 Systems engineer requires 14 years of experience and a level 3 requires 20 years.

+ Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. 5 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ SIGINT leadership roles (civilian and military preferred)

+ SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting

+ The applicable standard government tools and databases necessary to perform SIGINT work

+ Supporting unified and sub-unified commands (e.g., SOCOM, INDOPACOM)
