    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and computer-savvy **Senior Maintenance Technician** with a strong background in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least **three years of hands-on experience** in electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems, and thrive in a **fast-paced, client-facing environment** .

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair building systems using diagnostic tools and software.

    + Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

    + Respond promptly to service requests and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

    + Utilize building automation systems (BAS) and maintenance management software (CMMS).

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    + Support safety and compliance initiatives across all building systems.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum **3 years of commercial building maintenance experience** .

    + Strong knowledge of **electrical and plumbing systems** .

    + Proficient with computers, including maintenance software and digital troubleshooting tools.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + EPA 608 Certification (preferred).

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus.
