Job Summary
Parkview Health is currently seeking a Medical Staff Site Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and support services for medical staff, officers, and related medical communities. The Medical Staff Site Coordinator serves as a key liaison between medical staff and hospital administration and is essential to maintaining strong physician relations.
This position plays a critical role in the credentialing and privileging process, ensuring alignment with the specific Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations of the assigned entity.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions for medical staff and officers.
+ Facilitate communication between medical staff and hospital leadership to promote efficient operations and positive relationships.
+ Support the credentialing and privileging processes in compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
+ Maintain accurate and confidential records related to physician credentialing.
+ Provide organizational support for medical staff meetings, documentation, and follow-up.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support communication and documentation needs.
Education & Qualifications
Required:
+ Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field
OR
+ Demonstrated experience working effectively with physicians and/or hospital staff in a healthcare setting.
Licensure/Certification
+ Addendums may be required for specific nursing roles (e.g., Nurse Leader, Registry RN, Registered Nurse, Advanced RN, Expert RN).

Experience
+ 2–3 years of experience working with physicians in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills & Competencies
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional, organized manner.
