    We’re looking for a high-potential Product Marketing Associate who is ready to take the next step in their product marketing journey. Whether you've been exposed to product marketing in a broader marketing or GTM role, or you're looking to go deeper into product storytelling, this role offers the opportunity to sharpen your craft while contributing to a high-performance marketing team.

     

    You'll work alongside experienced product marketers, product managers, and sales teams to help bring our product value to life in ways that resonate with real buyers. You'll build go-to-market assets, support launches, and develop messaging that helps our teams win deals, and our customers win in their own markets.

     

    This is a growth role for someone with strong marketing fundamentals, a curiosity for how products work, and a drive to connect product value with real-world outcomes. You’ll be supported, challenged, and given the opportunity to stretch.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Bring products to life. Help translate product features and roadmap updates into clear, compelling content, including sales decks, battlecards, value narratives, and messaging guides.

    + Support product launches. Partner with product marketers and product management to execute timely, well-organized launches that align with go-to-market goals.

    + Create content that drives awareness and demand. Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop external content that boosts traffic, supports campaigns, and engages target buyers.

    + Own your impact on growth. Support and contribute to marketing initiatives that directly influence lead generation and funnel conversion. You will help drive performance against MQL and MQL-to-SQO goals by producing content and tools that move prospects through the funnel.

    + Stay buyer obsessed. Learn who we sell to, how they evaluate solutions, and what matters to them, then help reflect that knowledge in our materials.

    + Strengthen our competitive edge. Support research on competitors and alternatives to inform positioning and enablement resources.

    + Learn our products inside and out. Develop a working understanding of our product portfolio, industry context, and customer use cases to inform everything you create.

    What Success Looks Like:

    + Sales teams actively use the materials you help produce

    + Product launches are delivered smoothly and on time

    + The content and messaging you help create contribute to marketing hitting its MQL and pipeline conversion targets

    + You grow your confidence and skill set across messaging, storytelling, and GTM execution

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree required

    + 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing, go-to-market, or product-adjacent role (product marketing experience a plus but not required)

    + Clear, crisp written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail

    + A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

    + Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, sales, or customer success

    + Curiosity about how things work and how to explain them simply

    In office requirement: 3 days a week

     

    While we offer flexibility, this role includes an expectation of being onsite three days a week in our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
