We are seeking a CNC Machinist (Set Up Relief Operator)at our Cudahy, WI facility to work the weekend night shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6pm-6am, with training held on 1st shift for 6090 days, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. Following training you will work 36 hours but will be paid for 40. This position is responsible for all complete setups of CNC machines and running them on a relief basis.

Position responsibilities include:

+ Follows engineering setup charts to perform initial assembly of tools

+ Performs complete disassembly of jobs

+ Arranges tooling

+ Interprets program to install all tools in the machine and establish and put in offsets

+ Performs complete machining of first piece

+ Verifies all dimensions on machines to corresponds with drawing

+ Running machines in a relief basis

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalency required

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ 5-7 years of CNC experience

+ Machining certificate preferred
