Role Overview

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** for Caron Treatment Center, a 170 resident drug and alcohol rehab facility located in Wernersville, PA, on a 150 acre campus. Patients include adolescent, adult and seniors. The dining operations are food court station style, 22 lounges, 3 cafeterias. The Food Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of 40 hourly employees. Typical shifts will vary between 6:00am - 7:30pm with every other weekend coverage.

What You Bring

+ has prior food retail management experience and culinary knowledge;

+ strong customer service/hospitality skills;

+ has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills;

+ a strong financial acumen, problem solving and unit financial skills;

+ will be able to lead and direct professional level staff and committees, work independently, direct teams and educate staff members;

+ has a knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance;

+ has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

+ can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

+ is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
