    **Schedule:** Full-Time

    **Shift** : Days; Monday-Friday; 7 am-3:30 pm

    **Location:** 9395 CROWN CREST BLVD, Parker, 80138

    The role youll contribute:

    Performs the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant systems for the organization including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hot water systems, etc. Coordinates and performs testing of boiler/chiller systems as required by codes. Assists other trades as needed and general maintenance related to the facility.

    The value youll bring to the team:

    + Schedules and performs preventative maintenance according to procedure including but not limited to inspecting, calibrating, adjusting, lubricating, repairing, and replacing. Performs and documents scheduled inspections and safety tests, maintaining code compliance. Performs major overhauls and rebuilds. Maintains equipment at optimum efficiency using accepted procedures.

    + Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out

    + Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance

    + Coordinate the vendor resources for equipment upgrades, repairs, or system modifications.

    + **The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:**

    + **Required qualifications:**

    + High School Grad or Equiv

    + 4 Work Experience

    + **Preferred qualifications:**

    + Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

    + Willingness to collaborate with HVAC technicians on routine tasks and maintenance

    + Ability and motivation to assist with snow removal during winter months (training provided)

    + Strong team mindset and desire to support a wide range of facilities operations tasks
