    Working at our Strother Facility: If you want to be part of something special, consider a career opportunity at our advanced technology engine services overhaul facility. Here, employees are helping to restore commercial and military jet engines to their fullest functionality, efficiency, and performance. We have experienced teams working in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting as well as heat treating, brazing, and TIG welding operations. In addition to comprehensive internal engine repair/overhaul, we also operate a world-class evaluation and testing facility that’s FEDEC capable.

    Role Overview:

    As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment, while validating design specifications and shop floor applications for new products. This role is full-time and operates on the 1st shift. You will work autonomously within established practices and procedures, with opportunities to exercise judgment and propose solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.

    + Validate design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment.

    + Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and apply expertise to execute policies and strategies.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of work.

    + Solve problems using technical skills, analytic thinking, and internal resources.

    + Provide informal guidance to new team members and contribute to team development.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for manufacturing excellence. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience) + 2 years relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

    + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

    + Established project management skills.

    Additional Information:

    + Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

    + Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)

    + Background and drug screening required.

    + Physical requirements and environmental notes will be provided during the hiring process.
