    Description

    ChildServe is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling & Onboarding Coordinator to support our Inpatient Services team. This role manages clinical staffing schedules to ensure coverage aligns with staffing models and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and organized start for new team members.

    What You Will Do

     

    + Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules for Inpatient Services.

    + Collaborate with leaders to ensure schedules meet clinical needs.

    + Provide training and oversight on scheduling systems.

    + Track and report staffing trends to leadership.

    + Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding.

    + Support leadership with administrative tasks

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    + High School diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.

    + 1+ year healthcare scheduling experience required.

    + Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

    + Effective English communication skills, both spoken and written
