We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our team. If you're passionate about food, take pride in your station, and thrive in a high-energy kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and accuracy

+ Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

+ Follow prep lists, recipes, and food safety protocols

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line and kitchen areas

+ Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries

+ Communicate effectively with team members and management

+ Take direction well and work under pressure during busy shifts

Requirements:

+ Minimum 1 year of line cook or comparable kitchen experience

+ Must be available evenings and weekends

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying

+ Solid knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment

+ Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

+ ServSafe certification preferred but not required
