    Position Overview

    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a **Quality Technician Associate** to support our client’s world-renowned aerospace team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you’ll help ensure every part meets the highest standards — supporting the production of aircraft that set the benchmark for performance, safety, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering requirements to verify configuration and compliance

    + Perform inspections to confirm correct part identification and conformance to work orders and drawings

    + Validate part quantities and characteristics against specifications

    + Accurately complete inspection records, reports, and documentation

    + Follow all quality procedures, specifications, and internal standards

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or Bronze-level WorkKeys certification

    + 0–6 months of relevant work experience

    + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

    + Ability to use technical drawings, specifications, and basic math

    + High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    + Familiarity with business systems such as SAP (a plus)

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in quality inspection or a related technical field

    + Background working in or with SAP software

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $36.00 per hour
