Associate Director Medical Affairs Insights & Analytics
The Associate Director Medical Affairs Insights & Analytics role involves managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. You will also work cross[1]functionally with all relevant stakeholders outside of Medical Affairs to ensure seamless execution of strategy. You contribute to the overall Medical Affairs mission, to ensure impactful Thought Leader engagement and the safe and appropriate use of Bayer products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical affairs, project management, and excellent communication skills.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director Medical Affairs Insights & Analytics, are to:
+ Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope;
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, regulatory, marketing, and other departments to align project goals and deliverables;
+ Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and ensure effective collaboration;
+ Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards;
+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency;
+ Network management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels of the US Medical team as well as other functions, such as Data Stewards, IT, Governance, Commercial Pharma Analytics, and Global Medical;
+ Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline with industry experience;
+ Familiarity with Pharmaceutical business functions and managing projects;
+ Specific knowledge enterprise work management and data analytics visualization solutions like Smartsheet;
+ Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to communicate complex analytical approaches to all levels of business leadership;
+ Demonstrated innovative solutions and self-lead discoveries of new technologies;
+ History of meeting tight deadlines and providing accurate estimates of time required to complete complex tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 10 years of industry experience;
+ 5+ years experience managing projects.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $133,558 to $200,337. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
