The Diesel Technician is a diesel mechanic with a strong background in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy equipment. You'll use your expertise in diesel engines and hydraulics to deliver top-tier service in a safe, efficient, and professional manner..

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel-powered equipment

+ Utilize technical manuals, job orders, and your own expertise to resolve mechanical issues

+ Conduct safety inspections and follow proper repair procedures

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

+ Test drive equipment to verify repairs

+ Develop strong customer relationships through professional service

+ Attend ongoing technical training sessions

+ Document all service and warranty work accurately

Qualifications

+ Experience as a Diesel Technician in construction or agricultural equipment preferred

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem-solve effectively

+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Comfortable using computer-based diagnostic tools and service software

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. independently

Pay Range: $20.00 - $39.00/Hourly *Pay Range is commensurate with experience and negotiable*
