Are you a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their homes? We’re looking for a dependable, kind, and attentive Home Health Aide to support patients’ daily living needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide:
+ Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
+ Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ambulation to promote independence and safety at home.
+ Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) as directed.
+ Accurately observe, report, and document changes in the patient’s condition or behavior.
+ Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families through daily support and compassion.
+ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of consistent and quality care.
+ Travel to patient homes as part of your regular daily duties.
About You
Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Must be qualified as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in accordance with federal and state regulations.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide, **OR**
+ Currently enrolled nursing student with at least 6 months of clinical experience, **OR**
+ Graduate of an approved HHA training program or CNA program.
+ Ability to accurately take and record vital signs.
+ Demonstrated ability to observe and report changes in patient status.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
+ A genuine heart for service and compassion toward patients and families.
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, andability to travel 100% daily to patient homes.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
+ In-home caregiving or home health experience
+ Geriatric, hospice, or chronic condition care
+ Familiarity with infection control and basic medical terminology
+ Experience as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
