    Position Summary...

     

    As a Manager on the Delivery Defects & Enhancements Intake team, you will be the central hub for gathering, organizing, and distributing large volumes of feedback from across Walmart’s delivery network. You’ll help drive AI-enhanced intake and routing systems that reduce manual effort and ensure feedback flows to the right teams quickly and clearly—so problems are solved faster and enhancements are deployed efficiently.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    • Centralize Feedback Collection: Manage intake across channels using AI-based text classifiers.

    • Prioritize and Route Requests: Use AI-enabled systems and criteria for routing submissions.

    • Maintain Visibility and Accountability: Track issue status using intelligent dashboards.

    • Support Strategic Planning: Assist with reporting and trend analysis powered by AI insights.

    • Enable Stakeholder Transparency: Build dashboards and leverage automation for updates.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with exposure to AI tools or automation platforms.

    • Familiarity with intake management systems and AI-enabled workflow engines.

    • Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Detail-oriented with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
