Our team is at the forefront of Walmart's emergency preparedness and crisis response. We operate by building strong partnerships across the business, leveraging technology, and continuously assessing and mitigating risks. This role is essential to ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of Walmart’s operations worldwide, directly supporting company goals and values.

What you'll do...

+ Lead and coordinate crisis response efforts, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

+ Build and maintain key partnerships for emergency preparedness and response.

+ Assess security risks and translate findings into actionable strategies.

+ Implement risk mitigation and support security program improvements.

+ Supervise, coach, and develop associates in alignment with company values.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
