The Victor Portfolio in Space Security is looking for a Staff Project Engineer who thrives on collaborating with cross\-functional teams and Program leadership to play a vital part on programs that make a real difference\. Key Responsibilities include:

• Performing Control Account Management \(CAM\) functions and accurately reporting earned value metrics \(EVM\) across multiple programs in the portfolio

• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews \(IBRs\) and customer reviews

• Prepare and present status reports, cost performance reports \(CPRs\), and Estimate at Completion \(EAC\) forecasts

• Interfacing with Program Management and Finance & Business Ops

• Develop Basis of Estimate \(BOE\) and provide Cost Volume inputs for Engineering change proposals

\(ECPs\) and New Task Orders

Basic Qualifications:

• Control Account Management \(CAM\) experience planning and managing budgets

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems \(EVMS\) on an Agile Project

• Experience with Proposal and BOE \(Basis of Estimate Development\)

• Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc\.

• Must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance\.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Experience operating in a Scrum Agile work cycle using Jira and Confluence

• Experience managing the Cost, Schedule, and Technical execution of multiple contracts

• Experience coordinating and collaborating with program management and engineering leadership teams\.

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
