+ This role is a valuable position within the Finance Operational Excellence Organization and will support the CFO Business Office and Broader Finance Team.
+ This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, CFO Business Office. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities, including objectives, presentations, communication management, and data analysis.
+ The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
+ This role offers opportunities for exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to support key strategic initiatives within the Finance department. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
What you'll do...
+ Support the tracking and reporting of objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the CFO's strategic priorities. This includes:
+ Aid monthly and quarterly reporting cadence of CFO and CFO Directs objectives
+ Assist the roll-up of detailed submissions into high-level CFO Objective Reporting and Corporate Objective Reporting formats suitable for executive review.
+ Proactively follow up on identified issues, status updates and address any questions or requests for clarification from leadership.
+ Support position and requisition review and approvals processes for CFO organization.
+ Partner with the Sr. Manager and Finance Headcount Controller to develop and maintain accurate and concise headcount reports for CFO consumption, highlighting key trends and insights.
+ Extract, consolidate, and cleanse Finance headcount data from various sources.
+ Provide analytical support to the Sr Manager, Chief of Staff, and CFO on headcount-related matters, as needed.
+ Prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of CFO presentations for various forums, including Global Bank Meetings, Global Leadership Meetings (GLM), Finance All hands, and ad-hoc presentations as needed.
+ Serve as a second set of eyes for Finance-related presentations that were not prepared by CFO Business office, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency.
+ Create visually appealing and data-driven presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
+ Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Chief of Staff, and CFO to refine presentation content and messaging.
+ Joint management of the CFO Newsletter process, including content gathering, editing, and distribution.
+ Aid administration and maintenance of the oCFO SharePoint site, ensuring it is organized, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
+ Support development and implementation of the communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective communication from the CFO's office and maintain accurate records of team meetings, decisions, and other important documents.
+ Support the coordination and execution of Finance All Hands meetings, team events, and offsite meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and communication.

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of progressive experience in a finance, operations, or analytical role, with a proven track record of supporting leadership teams.

+ Demonstrated experience in consolidating data from multiple sources, generating insights, and presenting findings.
+ Strong PowerPoint, dashboarding, data analysis, and reporting skills. Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
+ Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting leadership teams.
+ Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts. FP&A experience.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level audiences. Ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor communications to different audiences.
+ Demonstrated experience with Sharepoint utilization and administration inclusive of forms, templates, and lists.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Power Apps/Automate). Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) .
+ Ability to translate detailed information into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
