We’re looking for a Director of Paid Social to lead and scale our paid social media strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. This role is perfect for a performance-driven marketer with deep experience in customer acquisition and lead generation for home services (think home remodeling, roofing, windows replacement, solar, etc.) and luxury travel space. You’ll own the strategy, team, and execution of all paid social efforts, with a laser focus on ROI, cost-per-lead efficiency, and quality lead volume.

This is an in-person role at our office in American Fork, UT.
What you will do:
+ Own the full life-cycle of paid social, from audiences, campaign set-up, & creatives, to landing page optimization & conversion rates
+ Own and evolve the paid social strategy with a focus on home services and luxury travel lead generation
+ Develop, execute, and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging paid social platforms
+ Oversee testing frameworks for creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to drive performance
+ Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce high-converting, platform-native ad creatives
+ Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and report on performance regularly
+ Build and manage a high-performing team of paid social marketers
+ Partner with sales, client services, and product teams to align goals and improve funnel performance
+ Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts to keep us competitive
+ Ad-hoc special projects
Who you are & what makes you qualified
+ 7+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
+ Proven success generating leads in the home services or travel vertical (preferred)
+ Proven track record in Meta Ads Manager and strong experience with other paid social platforms
+ Analytical mindset with deep understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and ROAS
+ Experience managing multi-million dollar monthly budgets
+ Strong understanding of creative best practices for social platforms
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ A passion for performance marketing and a test-and-learn mindset
Nice to have:
+ Knowledge of compliance and privacy standards in lead generation (TCPA, etc.)
+ Previous agency or aggregator experience
Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience.
