Position Summary...
We are seeking an experienced Senior, Data Analyst to join our Technology Operations team within Walmart’s Global eCommerce & Marketplace Compliance (“GEMC”) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology operations, data analytics and reporting, strategic planning, and change management. This role requires an individual who can take the initiative to help drive initiatives aimed at optimizing the tracking, management, and implementation/delivery of technology initiatives impacting the GEMC organization.
What you'll do...
Issue Remediation
+ **Triaging Issues/Escalations:** Work with stakeholders to identify and escalate technical issues impacting the business; maintain clear communication throughout the remediation process.
+ **Post-Resolution Communication:** Draft and distribute communications to memorialize key data points and ensure alignment.
Dependency and Risk Management
+ **Maintain Logs:** Track key issues, risks, and dependencies for the project team.
+ **Elevate Concerns:** Communicate concerns and key risks to the Manager; support risk mitigation planning and communication.
Collaboration
+ **Cross-Functional Teams:** Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketplace product owners, Compliance stakeholders, and Global technology leads to ensure successful project implementation and/or issue remediation.
Project Planning/Reporting
+ **Gather Project Requirements:** Identify resource requirements, timelines, and budgets; develop project plans and timelines with team and management input.
+ **Reporting Frameworks:** Assist in building out and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboard functionality (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights into all technology initiatives.
Executing Project/Program Processes
+ **Monitor Execution Progress:** Ensure deliverable quality by coordinating meetings, tracking milestone progress, and following up on action items for projects of varying complexity.
+ **Scope Management:** Support leadership in managing scope creep and resolving minor conflicts; Escalate complex conflicts when necessary.
Change Management
+ **Initial Assessments:** Identify the impact of change for relevant stakeholder groups.
+ **Collaborate on Change Approach:** Work with managers, category teams, and other change leaders to provide input into change strategy and plan execution.
People Development
+ **Coaching and Mentoring:** Coach less experienced team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
+ **Expert Guidance:** Apply up-to-date expertise to improve action plans and provide advice and guidance to others.

Qualifications:
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in technology operations, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in IT operations management tools, data analysis software, and project management methodologies.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead, manage multiple priorities, and drive change.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
