    We’re hiring Corn Sorters to join our production team in Princeton, IL for the upcoming harvest season. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!

     

    Start Date: AUGUST 2025

     

    We are specifically looking for candidates who are willing and available to begin work in August. This is the critical start of the harvest season. Please only apply if you can commit to starting at that time.

     

    Pay Rate: $16.00/hour ($50 perfect attendance incentive)

     

    Schedule: 6 days per week | 12-hour shifts preferred

     

    Standard Shift: 1 rotating day off per week

    What We’re Looking For:

    Willingness to Start in August – Must be available to begin in August

     

    Reliable Attendance – Show up on time and ready to work

     

    Basic English Communication – Must be able to read, understand, and speak basic English

     

    Physical Endurance – Able to stand or sit for extended hours in field or lab-like settings

     

    Attention to Detail – Ability to identify and remove defective corn from conveyor belts

     

    Adaptability – Open to schedule changes and long work hours during peak season

     

    Teamwork – Willing to work independently or as part of a team

    Job Duties:

    Sort corn on conveyor belts, removing defective kernels

     

    Oversee individual sorting conveyors

     

    Support dehusking operations

     

    Follow safety protocols and keep workstations clean

     

    May assist with light computer tasks if needed

    Job Requirements:

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    No interview required – Just show up and be ready to work!

     

    Must be able to pass a background check

     

    Closed-toe shoes and long pants required (steel-toe boots not necessary)

     

    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

    Work Environment:

    Climate-controlled indoor facility

     

    Allergen alert: corn dust exposure

     

    Both seated and standing workstations (stools available)

     

    Safety PPE provided (glasses, gloves, side shields)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior agriculture, sorting, or warehouse experience is helpful

     

    Basic computer familiarity is a plus

     

    Positive attitude, good eyesight, and ability to follow instructions
