Responsibilities:

+ Assist in pulling wire, installing conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC), and supporting devices

+ Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and install various types of conduit and cable trays

+ Measure, cut, strip, and terminate wires and cables

+ Maintain clean and organized job sites; assist with material handling and staging

+ Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific protocols

+ Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Support electricians with troubleshooting and basic testing

Qualifications:

+ Be at least 18 years of age

+ Minimum 2 years of paid / verifiable experience as an electrical helper or Apprentice

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces

+ Comfortable working around live circuits under supervision

+ Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools

+ Must be able to follow instructions, read tape measures, and perform basic math

+ Have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

+ Be eligible to work in the United States
