    Required Skills:

    Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Wireless Subsystem Technical Program Manager in AR/VR/Wearables will lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process to develop the next generation of custom and semicustom modules/subsystems to drive our industry-leading consumer products.

    2. Establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders.

    3. Drive and track the investigation, definition and delivery of next generation wireless modules, including but not limited to Antenna and/or subsystems in either HW or FW/driver integration.

    4. Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs.

    5. Communication within, and between, internal engineering teams and external vendors.

    6. This includes management and Product managers.

    7. Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.

    8. Ability to apply experience to proactively resolves potential issues or mitigate risks.

    9. Drive engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans.

    10. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify and/or address potential risks.

    11. Support engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation, SOW, selection and manage MIH for each build.

    12. Manage delivery of samples and mass production parts for the different builds.

    13. Support engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    14. Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, other relevant engineering discipline, Physics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

    15. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    16. 1. Wireless HW Module projects

    17. 2. FW delivery of wireless modules in consumer space

    18. 3. Wireless design/implementation either in HW and/or FW

    19. 4. Engineering manager /TPM managing hardware/FW from concept to mass production

    20. 5. PDP in consumer space for wireless HW as well as how to integrate FW to meet HW delivery

    21. 6. Factory test solution for wireless HW module.

    Public Compensation:

    $239,487/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
