    Your role and responsibilities

    We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager for AI Technology within IBM's Business Automation platform. This is a strategic role focused on driving innovation across the Business Automation portfolio with AI and AI agent technology to evolve the portfolio to address new ways of building automation solutions. In this role you will lead the AI innovation strategy for the portfolio, setting direction and working across multiple products .

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Strategic Leadership: As a member of the cross-portfolio technical product management team, you will serve as a leading voice of cross-portfolio AI strategy, align multiple portfolio stakeholders, deliver valuable outcomes, and realize the intended impacts.

    * Strategic Vision: Drive the vision for how we need to evolve our products around AI, creating and sharing cross-portfolio strategic guidance to shape product vision and roadmaps aligned with IBM’s business goals.

    * Act as the Business Automation AI Technical Evangelist within the team and externally.

    * Deliver memorable, focused, and engaging high-impact demos that highlight cross-portfolio, singular use cases.

    * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate messaging, and amplify the value of our solutions.

    * Contribute to the cross-portfolio strategic roadmap, helping define pathways to a unified platform vision.

    * Conduct competitive technical analysis and market comparisons to inform product positioning and differentiation.

    * Define Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future iterations.

    * Agile Team Facilitation: Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or solution engineering.

    * Strong technical skills in practical applications of AI / agents and process-automation technologies.

    * Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences.

    * Proven ability to create compelling product demos, blogs and customer-facing content.

    * Strong understanding of enterprise software, platforms, and cross-product integration.

    * Experience with competitive analysis and market research.

    * Strong organizational skills: Ability to properly organize, maintain and prioritize multiple cross-functional tasks.

    * Adaptability: A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a product management role.

    * Bachelor's degree or higher in business, software engineering, data science, operations, or related product/process management fields.
