    Training Program Coordinator

    **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

    + Assists with program training events and tracks training progress.

    + Helps to facilitate training.

    + Maintains the on-line quiz program.

    + Schedules virtual and/or onsite training sessions.

    + Conducts basic systems training.

    + Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.

    + Identifies and resolves problems and issues with training projects.

    + Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.

    + Tracks post-designation training compliance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.

     

    Experience: Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include previous administrative experience.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

    + Analytical and interpretive skills

    + Organizational skills

    + Interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work in a team environment

    + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.

     

    Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines

     

    Physical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required
