    The Opportunity:

    Located in Flint Michigan, the Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing a crew of employees to assemble product for customer orders,

    How you will impact Victory Packaging, a Smurfit Westrock company

    \u2022 Direct and work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:

    \u2022 Pack product of varying type

    \u2022 Unpack/Repackage product of varying type

    \u2022 Build product bundles of supplies

    \u2022 Box printing

    \u2022 Box labeling

    \u2022 Receive new and returned product

    \u2022 Log and track production documentation

    \u2022 Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.

    \u2022 Other duties as assigned.

    What you need to succeed:

    \u2022 High school diploma or equivalent

    \u2022 Two or more-year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment: corrugated manufacturing plant environment preferred

    \u2022 General fluency in English required, verbal and written

    \u2022 Basic computer literacy.
