Home Health PT

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

+ Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Ohio

+ Working knowledge of Conditions of Participation and home healthcare experience preferred

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
