Graduate Global Craft, Sales Excellence
Job Description:
Sage’s purpose is to help everyone thrive. For our customers to thrive Sage needs value delivery growth. The RTR function works to ensure that we generate sustainable growth by identifying and implementing strategies that increase the revenue we earn from our technology and services by optimizing the way we bring our solutions to market. In other words, Routes to Revenue is all about translating our Global Product Organization's product strategy into Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
The Sales Excellence and Enablement team is part of RTR, and has three important missions:
1. Sales Enablement: Train, develop, and enable Sales teams to successfully execute the Revenue Plans
2. Sales Blueprints: Design and implement key sales processes and standards of excellence for Sales roles and teams
3. Intacct Expansion: Provide expertise and transfer knowledge across regions to directly enable geographical and vertical expansion of the Intacct franchise.
As a Global Craft Graduate you will join our Global Sales Excellence Craft Leadership Team and help shape the future of how we sell. As a Graduate Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming sales processes using innovative design, data-driven insights, and AI-powered tools.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work across process design, data analysis, and creative problem-solving to make the sales experience smoother and smarter across our global teams.
You’ll be fully supported and trained to master a suite of tools and methodologies that drive sales success, all while being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
In addition to the Sage Ignite Graduate Learning Program, you’ll gain real-world experience, grow your strategic thinking, and build the foundations for a career in sales operations, transformation, or business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design & Documentation
•Design and document future-ready sales processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
•Capture and translate stakeholder insights into clear, actionable process maps
•Support the verticalization of sales plays, adapting global standards to regional or industry-specific contexts.
Data Analysis & Auditing
•Harness AI to uncover insights from process maps—spot patterns, align strategies, and recommend smarter ways of working.
•Analyse data to audit data integrity and surface actionable insights to improve sales execution.
•Co-create and test dashboards that enhance visibility, decision-making, and reporting accuracy.
AI Integration & Innovation
•Drive AI integration into sales processes, embedding automation and behavioural insights to improve productivity.
•Coordinate operational rhythm, including meeting agendas, action tracking, and documentation to ensure team alignment.
•Support strategic initiatives across Sales Enablement and Sales Blueprints through project tracking, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
And in case the above wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, you will gain proficiency in key platforms including (but not limited to) Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Copilot 365, and Chorus.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. We’re open to different backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive:
•Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and manage multiple deadlines
•Strong organization and planning skills
•A keen interest in AI, process innovation, and driving digital transformation.
•A creative mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity
•Proficient in PowerBI or similar analytics tools
•Proficient in Microsoft applications
This role is based at our Ponce City Market office and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week spent in the office.
What you can expect from the process:
1. Apply online with a resume
2. Complete screening and video interview (You will receive a link to complete a video interview after applying)
3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend a virtual assessment center date TBD.
