Your Purpose

As a **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** on our Resource Team, you’ll be a vital part of our residents’ daily lives—providing compassionate care and support that honors their dignity and independence.

What You’ll Do

+ Support residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals

+ Pass medication

+ Assist with mobility and transfers using lifts, wheelchairs, and other equipment

+ Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises

+ Accurately document care in our Care Tracker system

+ Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition

+ Support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Need

+ A current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan

+ At least **1 year of experience** in a long-term care setting

+ Willingness to travel within our Southeast Michigan communities
