    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

    + Execute preventative maintenance to ensure operational reliability and safety

    + Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance

    + Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and mobile machinery as needed

    + Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

    + Familiarity with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and heavy equipment

    + Capable of following procedures and maintaining accurate maintenance records

    + Adaptable to changing priorities and effective in a team-oriented environment

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and risk mitigation

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
