+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements.

+ Provide training and coaching on project management, engineering design, and equipment operation.

+ Communicate effectively across disciplines to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

    What Are We Looking For

+ Educational background in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering—or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

+ Proven capability in engineering or construction, ideally with exposure to the aggregates industry.

+ Familiarity with aggregate processing systems, including crushing/sizing equipment, water systems, conveyors, and dust control.

+ Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, AggFlow, and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Experience in aggregates project engineering and/or holding (or working toward) a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
